Change the color

Question

Hello to everyone :)
I was wondering if you could help me with problem : if you go on the Koteve's website(https://www.consulting.koteve.com) in the end of the page there are three boxes. moving the mouse the color becomes red, how can I change it?
please somebody give me an hand, because I have not idea on what to do,thanks
