Make a very simple code, and try to understand how it works and why it behave like that.
modify the code, and guess how and why.
modify the code again until you get that.

i suggest you to do problem practice related to looping,bcz there is no other way to understand this.loop is one of the important part of coding,it helps you a lot in solving a big problem in short line of coding..
