Not on Sololearn. The programs here are what create those drag-and-drop features. You can use WordPress ( https://wordpress.org/ ) to build a website quite easily, but I'm not sure if that classifies as programming.

By the way, Javascript is different from Java. Java is an excellent language too, but I think for web programming Javascript is the starting point.

Python is easier than Java. With Python, you can develop:

- Web: Flask, Django
- Machine Learning
