I think it is easy just make sure that the idea or logic you are going to put in program is in simple language to understand buy making some notes and find out the resources that can be worthy for ide to compliable.
but you may know the basics of any language you want to study

My perference is to watch videos on youtube.
If you want to know if you did understand them well, you can do some competitive programming problems.
