this code is for autorun.inf,
program is the folder
I want autorun will open the code when the folder program is opened.

That feature, Autorun, is for removable media (CD, memory stick, etcetera). It will not work for a folder. It's not batch scripting, just a Windows feature (and a bad one at that).
