I use both SoloLearn & Bento. I've tried many other sites (like well over 20 sites) that claim to offer free or affordable web dev/programming courses, but SoloLearn & Bento are my favorites, by far (though, freecodecamp is a good runner up).

Everything about a language? No
No source is the complete guide to a programming language (except the documentation maybe)
But Sololearn is the best app to lean and clear out your basics of any language.
You should take references from other sources as you learn.

I can't give you all the names off the top of my head lol, but I mentioned 3 already and there's also CodeSchool, SitePoint, W3, CodeAcademy, Odin School, Dash, and it's hard to remember all the other ones I tried. It's been awhile.

Both Udemy & Khan are general learning platforms that offer a vast array of courses on every subject under the sun. Personally, I prefer the focused approach that one receives from sites which only offer coding courses.
Furthermore, Udemy is a paid course site and the prices are quite high. For the price, one would expect to get a better education, yet I've found that the free sites (like SoloLearn) are as good if not better.
I like Codecademy, but the free account is very limited. If you want to learn more than what SoloLearn teaches, the Codecademy free account won't help you. You'd have to pay for the premium account.
After trying both paid and free options, I can assure you that using SoloLearn plus Bento is the best plan. It provides incredibly thorough teaching and you get it all for free!
