HTML for the skeleton of a page, CSS to make it look nice, Javascript to make it interactive.

Those are basically required. You can do it in that order.

Note Java is not Javascript. But, its still good to learn Java! For you can use it as a backend to generate pages or fetch data. SQL will be useful for databases.
