How to keep footer at bottom

My footer is in the middle of my page I have content in the middle but it doesn't recognize that being there . I have some sections in the content but the footer is still in the middle on top

I want the footer to stay at the bottom of the page, not stick to the page as I scroll

I entered the HTML content right but once I enter CSS information the footer moves to the top
