let's develop a method to use the pip library in sololearn

I uploaded some scripts that use the bs4 module and I can not run it, someone knows some way to use pip, I'm interested in learning and contributing

The servers have enough strain as it is. It would completely over work it if the entire Python pip was included. Good idea though.
