I have medium knowledge of C++ .Is it good to learn c++ in todays time ??

I am also learning python and html etc. myself. Should I only focus on c++ ? Is it viable to learn it or python is much better ??

its not very low level btw, but surely if you stick as a coder sometimes there are some task that you cant do in higher level language and need to write in C/C++ or other low level languge

I'd recommend to stick with C++. It will teach you how comouters work and give you a very good idea about programming, as it is a very low level language.
