What should be do to describe our paragraph in other language, not in english.

If I want a website and in this website I want to describe my paragraph in hindi or any other language, not english like use in
Hindi newspaper, Chinese newspaper or German language etc then what should I do? I write < p >
and change font to write paragraph in hindi but total write code convert in hindi alphabet what I do?
