Run program in background

How to run an exe file that was converted from pyn file secretly in the background of a computer? I meant how to make it run without displaying in task bar so no one notice? Please let me know if you got any knowledge.

Why would you want to do that? Unless it's something cyber security related.

because pyn file suppose to run sceretly in background and i want to run exe file of the converted of pyn file instead of pyn file directly because running an exe file doesn’t require to install python
on the otherhand, pyn file require to install python in the computer to run the file so...?
