Why talk about the tools to write code but then give examples with a database that we do not have?

I would like to try out some of this stuff as we go and is why I took the time to install the software on a different device. Just to find that it it will not work without the example tables and columns. Frustrating.

if you don't have those databases, simply create them . use sqlite or mysql or any other database software
