But with PHP, you will have to know HTML at least.

Generally, C -> C++ -> Java is the learning order. Compared to C or C++ or Java, PHP can be said to be easy. Learn one and you will find others easy.

yes. for example it has no pointers, operator overloading, strictly typeing etc... php has many shortcuts and is beginner friendly.

@Nahuel yeah because in c and c++ computer graphic just appear magically. but html... that really makes thing harder. but I must agree, it would be lot harder to make a modern enjoyable fps video game in php than in C++. :D

two languages to different jobs, c and c++ is for software development, PHP is a language for server side web development, you can learn both but these are to different uses
