I am making an app and I need to send a notification to the user based on the date and hour of the register in the database. What should I use AlarmManager, JobScheduler, or Notification?
Can someone indicate some tutorial?

You can try hands on Push notification services that is far effective than Jobscheduler and related stuffs.
Android Push notification services provider(s) are Google's Firebase or Open source Parse- server and much more..

Can I use Push notification with SQLite, because my database is SQLite?
