Hey can anybody of you tell how can i make an app and earn momey from it

Download Android Studio. Using it, you can make a app with either java or kotlin.
Next you have to submit your app to google play store. (This will cost you 20$ when doing it for the first time.)
Then Sign Up for Google Admob.
Insert the code you get from admob. Once you earned 70$, you will have to tell google some details about your bank account.
Then you'll get 70$.
