Do unanswered quiz challenges expire in 24 or 48 hours?

Seems like more than 24 hours to me, or does it depend on the time zone etc.?

From my experience, it's more likely to be 48 hours than 24 hours.

The timer starts along with the challenge. When you are done with (or left) the challenge, it will never be exactly 48 hours, but 47:59:xx or less due to the time passed when you're in the challenge. This explained why it is displayed as "Expires in 1 day" when you first saw the timer. Probably any amount of time greater than 24 hours is coded to be shown in "x days" format by SoloLearn.

If in the case of 24 hours, we would get the "Expires in 23 hours" message instead.

Shashi Ranjan as Hoàng Nguyễn Văn said that means 1 day 23 hours 59 seconds most probably. When >24 hours, the granularity of the time seems to be a day and since the expiration period is just < 2 days, it shows as 1 day. Check in another 24 hours. It might say 23 hours then.

Curious, did you two Florim Belaj Shashi Ranjan get "Expire in 1 day" or "Expire in 23 hours" when you first saw the timer? It would be strange that SoloLearn implement different expiration times for different languages or timezones.

I don't know if they'd have changed it now coz these days I'm not into challenges but yes, I'm sure it was 1 day.

Shashi Ranjan The timer updates everytime you swipe up. If it remains the same "1 day", it's definitely a greater amount than 24 hours. I couldn't think of any other option than 48 hours.

I've been active in SL for a year, and the system has been like this all the time.

mine always expires in 48 hours but at the moment, i challenged someone 3 days ago and it still says “expires in 17 hours” and i’ve got another one that says “expires in -22 mins”
