Which IDE is most suitable for python coding and supports most of the python libraries like django, tkinter, sl4a, scipy, pygame, etc...?

Pycharm, Sublime Text or Visual Studio Code

Python's included IDLE in combination with your OSes terminal should support all of your needs. I personally use Sublime for my text editor due to my familiarity with the hot keys.
