How to add frame files in HTML????

I have entered: <frameset rows="30%,40%,30%">
<frame src="1.html" name="top">
</frame> </frameset>
now, how to get "1.html”in the code?????

Create a file (in the current directory of the master document, perhaps document root) with that name.
