Maybe someone with more experience can answer that.Basically, you don't need any, you can create raw canvas game, or, you can use any game engne that can export for WebGL (we uae unity), after that, all you need is developer facebook account and creare game on their website, after that you need a place to host your game, and you provide just a link to your game webpage to facwbook.
