How could I start learning python? and others.

Hello! G'day!

Let me jump right in.

I am new to solo learn, but I have been learning JavaScript for a long time, but I haven't coded in a long time, and have lost almost all of my knowledge in JS, CSS & HTML. I want to start coding again! But, I am not sure what I should do?

Should I learn JavaScript (Including HTML) again, or should I learn python... I have learned that python is very, very easy to learn and can do many things.

But, I have a few questions:
What are benefits of using Python instead?
Can Python do most of what JS can do, including web programming?
Can an operating system be built with python, or something else complex.
Is python easier and is it a high level language?
How could I become fluent at it fast and easy?
How can I keep up, when in school?

And do you have tips?

the actually, javascript and python is different function on programming.
if you want to make your website more interactive that is using javascript
if you want to build some AI or intelligent system, etc. you can use python
benefit if you use python for build some AI is python can use many library
python is high level language? yes
became fluent is depend on your type of study, if you easy to remember something with practice, that is your type of study, you know this answer
