Can we make a programme that could be store internet data which have limit less vailidity...

Yeah..you can but in the form of information or content (like webpages , message etc.)But storing internet in a program doesn't make sense(how can you store a whole bunch of interconnected network in a program).
So, you can't store it because internet isn't a content which can be downloaded it's flowing continuously(while you use it).So you can only redirect it to devices.

If you're asking data in the sense of contents then we are already doing it.
