"_moved_" in the title of a submitted lesson

I have a (still pending) lesson and the sololearn mods have added "_moved_" to the title of the lesson.

What does this mean?

It wasn't the mods. We can not even see other people's lessons. Likely, the person or people that can see them changed something like language or type of lesson.
