I have just started learning python. And i have no previous knowledge about languages. But i do know the basics.Step by step learning of python through any pdf or link is possible or not?

Definitely possible - but you need to practice coding meanwhile you read!

Look at the 'coding challenges' here on Sololearn. There are different levels of difficulty. While you study the course, look over the list and try to find one that you maybe can solve.
