FileZilla Error

Question

I've just have made a login and new user form but I can't post it in sololearn because it needs
a database with a remote access
so
I've created a website
and tried to upload the folder containing code but filezilla returned a error "Couldnot connect to server" ?

How can this be solved ?

It can depends by multiple reasons... Bad ftp host/port, bad filezilla configuration, a proxy/firewall break your connection... Its hard help you without futher info
