How To Understand Easier?

Ok so I'm rereading the code lessons on here (I'm doing C#) and I'm very knew and stuff. Problem is it's hard to understand any of it??? Like I get some small parts so far but its pretty confusing. This probaly sounds weird, but does anyone got tips on how to understand what I'm learning easier?

Practice !
Make small silly codes
Print you name 10 times
Then ask for a name and print this 10 times.
And so on.

You did not learn driving from reading books, nor you can learn programming by rereading lesson.
