Suggest the best GUI Python module

Question

I know a little bit about Tkinter, but as they say, it's not very good, there is other modules much better than Tkinter (PyQT, Kivy, ...etc), please suggest for me the best one for desktop applications.

Tkinter ,kivy and PyQt all is best.there is small difference when you create GUI for Windows means for pc then mostly tkinter is use and when you are creating GUI for android then kivy and PyQt is mostly use.
