Prompt for smartphone

I do not have a personal computer that I can use to learn programming so I would like to know if there’s any prompt app to smartphone.

So you mean you want a app where you can program?
You can you SoloLearns programing options. If you want offline, you install apps like 'Quoda' for Play Store. There are many apps there that you can use.
And if you meant you wanted prompt line applications, there are some, but I don't know how good they will be.
