Jack Rehfeldt No, that's completely legal. You just have to be compliant with the privacy regulations in your country and the world. If you don't hack anyone it is completely legal.

Hey, how would I be able to incorporate this into my program? The program is basically a thing you can talk to and I want to be able to use (and show people) their IP to also show weather in their area so like

"whats my weather" : "<this would be the response the person would get back from the program bassed off IP>"
