Can any one tell what's div. When it used. I can't understand.

It's an Html element... means that if you've asked in javascript context, without knowing html ( because you only tag you question with 'data-types' ^^ ), and want to use it, you need to learn it to use it, at least a minimal introduction to concepts to understand it ;)
