Why can't I use images on HTML? [solved]

Question

I am trying to add a image in a web code but it doesn't work , i read the lesson a few times but i still don't understand why doesn't it work. How to add photos in a web code? (Step by step if you can please)
(I am coding on my phone , does it metter?)

For me, I can add images in my web code while coding in phone.

I think it works for every type of files (even with random extentions) . Not sure though.
