Help!!! Code that send message to a number on your phone book

pls help, I need a code or a way to make my phone send a message to a particular number when a user click a button on my site. I have no idea how to do this... pls any idea? can Android worker do this?

thanks Rstar for your reply. what I want is not an SMS sending app but a way to send SMS to a number on my phone book when a submit button is clicked in my website. this means my phone should identify that I button has been clicked in my site and then send that sms automatically
