Well so, you don't need to ask for someone to give you ( write you ) a 'nice' layout, you could find one by searching on google... And better, you know what ? You can adapt what you find with your first knowlenge ( if you really try and fail to write one )... and improve them. Maybee you will finally go use a light html/css framework like Bootstrap? Or, as suggest by @Akash Yadav, you'll jump into WordPress kind website: who knows :P ?
