How do I merge two or more webpage using frameset?

In the place where there should be child frame, place another frameset there instead
The most common way is
Frameset rol 10%,90%
Frame banner
Frameset col 20%, 80%
Frame menu
Frame content
But mind you, this is the style back in 1997.
Nowadays frame is seldom used. We now use drop down menu bars and swap between contents with javascript and remain on the same page.
