All around programing language.

Question

I wanted to get you good people opinion on an all around prolang to write code. If I would pick one, I would say Python because it can be use to write games (3d and 2d), web development, back end and applications, etc. But maybe I'm biased because it's the first lang I learned.

python isn't great for games, although it definitely can make them.

@Ahri Fox I have seen some very stunning games done in Python like eve online. Freedom Force is pretty cool but the mechanics kind of remind me of 2005-06 games. I've also seen some pretty cool games on by youtubers.

Well I started with Java and I'm completely fine with it. You are able to write Applications for Frontend as well as Backend. It's a growing Language which is gaining more and more popularity.

You are able to write 2D as well as 3D applications in Java,C#,C++,Python and even JS. I prefer C# with Unity.

I think Python is a great choice, I just don't like its syntax.
