No.
They. Optimized it, and made much better than before.
Like a year ago it was too much buged and laggy.
Now it is more steady.
Still some server connectivity problems are still there but according to reply by Sololearn to my mail :

We are working really hard on making our servers more better.
We will do few server maintenance breaks.
We are accepting that our new update will get a you guys better experience, thank you for your continuous support.
