Debugging: How do you solve a problem that's never been solved?
Interested in your opinion: started a project and currently hit the wall - I've asked the community and followed walkthrus from stack overflow to profile the problem.Though the steps have helped understand the problem and narrow the root cause. No solution is on the table. But I'm more interested in how you go about debugging/ solving problems than the solution for my project. Somtimes the thought process is more valuable than the amswer :) thanks.

absolutely. i think that writing down on paper the issue helps A LOT. like you said, understanding the problem is key. trying to explain it to others too, it forces you to review your thoughts. but as someone said, there's no problem that has never existed before, you probably just didn't found someone who has already share it. yet. keep digging! its awesome to finally make the thing works! thats one of the best feelings about programming!
