Can anyone explain why this nested list behaving weird?

Even when I insert something at a specific location it inserts it inside every other list at the same location. I think it's something got to do with multiplication operator (*). https://code.sololearn.com/cuNb0hNAdMl0/?ref=app

I thing nested if and else if methods are logically same . In nested if we use enter button ,😁😁
