For the comment section what is its importance cause i see it doesnot appear in the browser

Comments, are used to make your code more understandable to your self and to your team members.

Imagine writing a project of 2000 lines of code without any comments , at first when you read it, it may make sense.
But if you look at it in the next 5 months, I bet you it would be very difficult to understand for even you, not to mention your team members.

But if you wrote comments throughout the code, they would help you understand the purpose of each piece of code
