Does pointers actually usefull in c#?

Today, I uploaded a code in c++ that it use pointers, After that I was thinking,in c and c++ they are usefull. but pointers in c# are usefull for something?

I do not use pointers in c#.
In c# there are a lot of objects in libraries with a lot of object that do all the hard work for you.
