Can any one recommend a stable version of android studio to me with all its features been active????

I installed Android studio v3.2 but could not make use of it because the design palette is inactive. All means to activate it end up in failure.

Thanks Jayesh Suthar. Your suggestion is a good one. I still believe among all the versions of android studio, there is a stable one. But please if i may ask this question. Do you have an installed android studio with a active design palette ? If yes, kindly state the version of your installed android studio?
