How yo create a if loop or switch case type of thing and while Loop inside a for loop

I want a if else loop inside the for loop then run the while loop of collected data in the for loop

As I understand it, Python only has `for` and `while` loops, I'm not understanding what you mean "a if else loop inside the for loop ...". If you just link the code into your post above, I might just take a look though : )
