Can we make and upload phishing page by Html?

Question

Guys i wanna make undetectable phishing page. (just for learning) i can make it by tool in termux but i want to use languages to learn that how it is created. I think by form method we can create it. if yes then please elaborate it

the so-called ethical defense is specious. The methods for detecting, protecting against and investigating phishing are quite different. Unless you working as part of law enforcement, you are still culpable to prosecution. You are only fooling yourself.

As an Apple Developer, I can inform Apple of the potential illegal activity taking place on an app distributed by the App Store, and see what they do.
i can also inform Goggle of the Android app distributed by Google Play, and see what they do.
