All challenge's expired and approved question get declined without giving me a reason???

Question

1.More than 20 challenge's which have 1day time got expired even from the programmer who play challenge in java..
2.And second thing my three approved questions get declined after a day or two without giving me a reason.
3.Am i the only one with this problem or someone had this problem before. Please do let me know.
4.OK last thing, If you don't want to accept the challenge please decline as soon as you see.(I decline challenge other than java asap)

1. Yes, I have "challenges jam" too :(
2. I don't know, of course (but may be there were downvotes for those questions or some kind of moderator decided than there are enough question of the same type or too easy or something else... Do they usually report when questions are declined?
3. - (1st - me too, 2nd - not me)
4. Do you know that you can turn off any unwanted "weapon" in settings so nobody will be able to challenge you with that weapon?
