IS THERE ANY WAY TO TAKE USER INPUT AGAIN BW THE PROCESSING OF PROGRAM

Question

suppose i took user input and processed that input.
and after some lines i use a condition
if blah_blah_blah:
take_input_again = input("tell me the no. again")

then it doesnt work, so how can i make it work ?
