Is it possible to code somthing which can atutomatically book you a shift?

For work i need to book shifts online. i am wondering weather a program could be created to book specific shifts at specific times so i could always land my desired shift.

You would have to start with something that would track the updates of new shifts that are put out by your employer. I'm not sure if this is possible without direct access to their database.
