I have learnt a little on JavaScript and java tutorial but still dont know how to code what I need and I believe I did not start from the basics... please kindly help me to discover the starting lessons... Or where do I start from

Stay in one programming language and learn syntax of programming and watch YouTube videos about your programming if you interested in reading book you can read . Write a small program and start learning and write a big program and Do a project in that programming.if you found any ask questions in solo learn there are lots of people ready to help you .

You have said that you have skipped the basics. Then my advice is to retake the lesson from beginning.
