How can I report this mistake?

Question

there is a wrong code in Java Downcasting lesson and you can see it in the code below. and it seems to be there for years! and many have actually been convinced it is true! I reported it through feedback and reporting bug section. but I'm not sure it was the right way to report it. it is a major mistake and it made me confused for days! until I found out that actually the code written in SoloLearn was wrong!

My lesson in Python core course is locked even though I completed the previous lesson. Please let me know how to solve this issue i need to complete that lesson. Otherwise I have cancel my membership and request refund
