This was a different thing I got confused about Shudaran Rai. My teacher at my high school gave me the challeng to make the background change color and brought me to a we schools website about css and it showed progress bars. He didnt want me to use progress bars though and I didnt read his gmail correctly. So I just forgot to delete this question
