Is there something for speech recognition module built by someone? I don't wanna use any other third party except tensorflow... do share if you have come across...

What do you mean by third party? Every code is written by someone.
Check this post here, maybe deepspeech has what you are looking for. It is open source, built by mozilla, using tensorflow.
